Better Breather Classes
Our Better Breather classes are friendly community exercise classes designed for people living with respiratory conditions.

Exercises can be adapted to suit your ability, and everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace in a safe and supportive environment.
Pulmonary Rehabilitation
Pulmonary Rehabilitation is a free, evidence-based eight-week programme for people living with long-term respiratory conditions.
The programme includes:
Supervised and individually tailored exercise
Education about managing your respiratory condition
Breathing and breathlessness management techniques
Support from experienced staff
Encouragement to remain active after completing the programme
No previous exercise experience is required. Our team will support you throughout the programme and help you exercise at a level that is appropriate for you.
Move2Breathe
Cannot make it to a class? Move2Breathe allows you to stay active from the comfort of your own home.

Sing Your Lungs Out Classes
Sing Your Lungs Out is a relaxed and welcoming singing group for people living with respiratory conditions.

Breathing through singing
Improving breathing control
Building confidence
Social connection
Enjoyment and having fun
